Jason W. Fatheree was born in Monroe, Louisiana on December 24, 1973.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2000.  Jason was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2000 by the Supreme Court of Texas.

Jason’s nine years of practice have been dedicated to representing a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners in all phases of litigation concerning complex toxic tort cases, mass torts, class actions, premises liability, products liability, general civil litigation, deceptive trade practices, corporations, and personal injury defense. Drawing on his experience working with experts in a broad range of technical fields, Jason’s background allows him to simplify sophisticated issues quickly and defend his clients against damage claims involving complex medical and scientific theories.
