Mr. Oliver was born in Los Angeles, California on October 19, 1976.  He received a B.S. in Applied Learning Development – Sport Management from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999, and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2002.  Mr. Oliver was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2002.

Mr. Oliver has experience representing a diverse range of clients in connection with complex commercial real estate transactions, including owners, developers, equity investors and lenders.  He has handled a wide variety of projects, including acquisition, development and disposition of retail, office, multifamily, hotel and condominium projects; leasing of retail, office, medical and industrial properties; financing of major development and construction projects; foreclosures; and investment/ownership structuring.

Mr. Oliver was selected as a "Texas Rising Star" by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics in 2006, 2007 and 2008. 

Mr. Oliver is currently practicing in the area of real estate law.
