Mr. Dalton specializes in representing corporations and individuals in complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
In his criminal law practice, Mr. Dalton has defended various businesses and individuals accused of environmental crimes, health care fraud, securities fraud, antitrust violations, political corruption, and other fraudulent conduct.
In his civil law practice, Mr. Dalton has successfully tried cases before juries in state and federal court in the areas of civil rights, wrongful death, dangerous conditions of public property, employment discrimination, toxic tort, construction defects, and commercial disputes, to name a few.
Mr. Dalton has been named as one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas” by D Magazine.
Mr. Dalton was born in Long Beach, California in 1969. He received his A.B., cum laude, from Occidental College in 1991 and his J.D., cum laude, from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997 and the State Bar of Texas in 2004.
