Ms. Vesely was born in Rochester, NY, and received her B.A. in Biology in 2001 from the University of Virginia. She earned her J.D. in 2005 from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where she was a member of the SMU Law Review. She was admitted to practice in Texas in 2005.
Ms. Vesely has experience representing a diverse range of clients in connection with complex commercial real estate transactions, including owners, developers, equity investors and lenders. She has handled a wide variety of projects, including acquisition, development and disposition of retail, office, and condominium projects; leasing of retail and office properties; and financing of major development and construction projects.
