Ms. Floyd joined Crouch & Ramey in September 2003.  She came to the firm with 4 years of experience as a legal assistant in personal injury and commercial litigation.  Since joining Crouch & Ramey, she has assisted the litigation section in the handling of a large number of mass tort claims for multiple corporate clients.
 
Ms. Floyd received her paralegal certificate in 2003 from the ABA approved Rose State College legal assistant program in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
